This is a yummy dish I whipped up one night that Matt was in around. This one was easy, yummy and pretty healthy! I marinated some chicken breasts in olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a few shakes of grill seasoning and salt and pepper. I grilled it alongside some sliced bell pepper, and the last few minutes I put some feta cheese on top of the chicken to melt. I served it over baby spinach and some noodles on the side. You should definitely try this, I think it took all of about 15 minutes to make.
