Gator Fans

I guess it was decided (mostly by Matts extended family...) that the boys would be Florida Gator fans.  :)

Thanks for the cute Gator outfits!  They fit the boys perfectly!!  Go Gators!

Costco & Eggs

I took the boys to Costco for the first time today...  They did REALLY great.  They both just sat in the cart and entertained themselves without mauling each other.  I wish other stores had the double kiddie seat...

 I got everything on my list and packed up the car.  It was a pretty tight fit to get it all in the car (I had the stroller in the back which takes up a good 1/3 of the space).  I thought I did a pretty good job of making sure everything was secure and not going to get damaged or smashed on the ride home, but when we got home and I pushed the button (yes, I'm spoiled and have an auto lift gate :) to open the back the eggs fell out and splatted all over the driveway.  What a mess!  I surveyed the mess and decided to bring the boys in and get them settled with a bottle before I attempted to clean it all up.  By the time I got out to the car to clean up the mess the eggs had already started to cook right there on the driveway!!  So, yes it has actually been 'so hot you could fry and egg' here in NC!

A few of the eggs actually survived the drop, but not enough...  I have to now go to another store to get the rest of the eggs I'm gonna need for this weeks baking activities.

Today I had a photo session with a super cute 1 month old girl.  So, while I had everything set up I took a few of the boys.  They are such cuties!

Beach Bums

The boys had their first beach adventure while we were in Florida.  We went to Fernandina Beach.  It was fabulous except we couldn't stay long because we had to head back to NC.  It was nice to stick our feet in the water, smell the salty air and snap a few shots of the boys :)  NExt time I need to plan on at least 2 days at the beach.

Camo

While visiting, Matt's Uncle Lonnie asked him to camouflage his hunting Jeep.  So, all the boys went to Wal-Mart, armed themselves with many cans of spray paint and masking tape and turned the marina-blue Jeep camo.

FL Scenery

I couldn't get enough of all the scenery in Northern Florida.  Especially all the trees dripping with the Spanish Moss.

 The sun finally came out for a couple days.  Luckily the day we hit up the beach :)
