Adventures in Chocolate

Lately, I've been obsessed with creating the best fudge-y chocolate icing...  I started with a couple recipes and tweaked and tweaked and tweaked...  After all that (and several cakes later...) I think I have a pretty great recipe.  Thanks to all my 'guinea pigs' for testing out the sweet treats.
