Some of the house specialties at Jinrights include fried frog legs and alligator tail. I was feeling adventurous to I tried both. Neither were the worst thing I had ever eaten, but definitely far from the best. The gator tail was greasy and chewy and somewhat like gristley dark meat chicken. The frog legs were like chicken wings tat taste like cardboard. Here is a photo of the frog legs (you can even see the toes)...
Like I said they weren't totally disgusting, but I did have a nice plate of buffalo wings waiting for me, which were fabulous, so I saved most of the room in my tummy for those.
