Temptation...

Today, I went to the South Park Mall in Charlotte (which by the way is an AWESOME mall). Here they have Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Crate and Barrel (yeah!!! one of my favorite places), and my ultimate favorite, The Cheesecake Factory and tons of other great places you can drain your bank account at. I went because I needed some make-up. I use Bare Minerals, and they happen to have a boutique at South Park. Anyway, I deserve a pat on the back for this, but all I did, surrounded by all the fabulous stores and the ultra fabulous Nordstrom shoe department, was go into the mall, walk by the shoes in Nordstrom, walk into the make-up shop and exchange (yes, exchange, not "purchase") my blush for foundation! WOW! This was an extremely hard challenge, but I did it. Unfortunately, shopping trips aren't scheduled in our expense budget for quite some time :-( So, for the time being, I'll just have to settle for drooling over pretty shoes as I walk on by.
